Main floor
In the hall of the main floor is a staircase that gives access to the upper floor and a glass door, through which you can enter into the garden and pool area.
Next to the hallway you can find a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room and a toilet. The neighboring, spacious lounge room of 64 m2 features a fireplace and multiple TVs. The lounge also has direct access to a terrace with beautiful views of the garden, the pool and the amazing sunsets. The terrace is furnished with a large table that fits up to 18 people.
On the other side of the hall you can find the bedroom area, which is divided into four double rooms. One of the double rooms contains an en-suite bathroom whereas an additional bathroom is to share between the three remaining rooms.
The lounge and all bedrooms have ceiling fans.
First floor
Through the hall on the upper floor you have access to a spacious triple room with a terrace, which overlooks the garden, the swimming pool and the wide open spaces and fields of Pla d’Urgell. The opposite side of this floor contains two bedrooms with double beds, their own terrace and a shared bathroom. These rooms are provided with tower fans.
Grand-floor
On the lower floor you can find a game room of 67 m2, equipped with a ping-pong table, table football and bicycles – all available to our guests. The 70m2 dining and living room with two tables, a seating area and a bar is ideal for parties and celebrations. This room leads to a kitchen, a full bathroom and gives access to the garden and the swimming pool area.
Outdoor Area
A garden of more than 500 m2 surrounds the entire house. It comprises a grassy playing area as well as a paved section and also includes a barbecue. The masterpiece of the house is a 12 x 6 m “L”-shaped swimming pool, which is split into a children’s zone and a deeper pool for adults. Around the pool you can take a relaxing sunbath on the loungers and enjoy the peace and quiet of the surroundings.
Moreover the large table on the main floor terrace provides the perfect place to enjoy the views and have an outdoor meal together with friends or family.
